💡 **Quick Summary:** Hop processes all camera and tracking data locally on your device. We do not run databases, we do not collect personal profiles, and we never stream, record, or upload your camera footage to any server.

1. Camera Permission & On-Device Processing

Hop requires access to your device's camera to enable real-time body pose estimation (detecting jumps, cadence, and apex heights via skeletal landmarking).

**Local Analysis:** All frames from the camera feed are processed entirely in memory on your local device.
**No Storage or Streaming:** No camera feeds, photos, video clips, or imagery are saved to your device's permanent storage, and no camera data is ever transmitted over the network or uploaded to external servers.
**Immediate Disposal:** Camera frames are analyzed instantly and discarded from memory immediately after processing.

2. Workout Data & Local History

Your workout statistics (including jump counts, calories burned, duration, speed, and cadence) are calculated locally inside the app.

**Local Database:** All workout history is saved in the app's private sandbox storage on your physical device.
**Cloud Integrations:** If you explicitly authorize sync features like Android Health Connect or Google Fit, the transmission of workout data (calories, active time) is governed strictly by the respective system permissions and settings.

3. Advertising & Device Identifiers

To support the free availability of the app, Hop includes advertisement placements. These services may collect anonymous technical data:

Standard mobile advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) may be accessed by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob) for ad serving and frequency capping.
No personal data (such as name, age, or contact details) is read or shared with ad networks.

4. Children's Privacy

Hop does not collect or solicit any personal identifiable information from anyone. Because all body tracking and calorie math are performed entirely on-device, Hop is safe for users of all ages.
